We can't thank Jackson-Stops enough for what could have been a difficult and sad time for us -- the selling of our mother's house which had been part of our family life since 1968 - into as easy and straightforward a sale as possible in the circumstances. Would 100% recommend Jackson Stops in Dorking to any of our friends. They valued our house in Betchworth accurately and it sold within a week which then sadly fell through but then again within ten days. All of the staff we came into contact with were lovely. Initially we dealt with Chris Fairclough and Corinne and towards the end mainly with Nicki Perrin who was professional, always called back and so patient with all my questions - kept us calm in the stressful bits of moving house. The Jackson Stops, Dorking team are without doubt the best local team to sell your house. Their systems are more efficient than others I have experienced but they are also relentlessly professional, courteous and good humoured. My house took a while to sell but their effort remained at 100% until the job was done. The selling chain further down the line was problematical but they went above and beyond with constant phone calls to all concerned. I think the chain may have collapsed without the efforts of the Dorking team. On the subject of 'teams', everyone in the office is involved with every sale, so you are never without an instant contact. Worth every penny of their fee.

I cannot recommend the team at Dorking Jackson Stops highly enough. They kept me informed and did all the liaising with my buyer and various agents and solicitors through the whole process. It was a stressful time, but they made it so much easier. They were all "in the know" about my sale and had all visited the property and met me, so I was able to put a face to the voice.
