Having just completed on a delightful property in Mickleham, Jackson Stops in Dorking we're fantastic from start to finish. I can't speak highly enough of Nicki for her professionalism & determination to get our purchase over the line!

In 2020 there were many estate agents that were either closed or whose remote working systems were so poor that they might as well have been. Jackson Stopps were fully manned (and womenned?) from May 2020 onward. They seemed to be selling everything they had, so choosing them to represent me was easy. They got me under offer and then sold, bringing in people from Surrey and London. I would use them again without hesitation. BTW I should also add that they called me twice after moving to see that I had settled in ok, that is attention to detail.

Lucy was amazing. From the first viewing, second viewing...continued correspondence for what was a "far from straight forward" purchase, I really felt Lucy genuinely had everyone's best interests at heart. A professional outfit which was endorsed by the flowers that followed long after the sale completed and the Champagne was the icing on the cake for my first night in my new home. I cannot fault this company. We really only dealt with Chris but he was a consumate professional from start to finish, seemed to have endless patience and most importantly he kept me fuly updated in what turned out to be a complex sequence of events. We were buying through Jackson-Stops and not selling but I will go straight to them when it comes to selling my property. 100% recommend this estate agent.
