Jackson Stops were the selling agents of the property we purchased recently in Dorking. I can honestly say that without the efforts of Chris Fairclough and the Dorking office team, I doubt whether the purchase would ever have gone through. They were 'on the case' every step of the way and found a way round all the hiccups that cropped up. I have no plans to move again for a few years but if we ever sell, I'll be doing it through Jackson Stops!

In 2020 there were many estate agents that were either closed or whose remote working systems were so poor that they might as well have been. Jackson Stopps were fully manned (and womenned?) from May 2020 onward. They seemed to be selling everything they had, so choosing them to represent me was easy. They got me under offer and then sold, bringing in people from Surrey and London. I would use them again without hesitation. BTW I should also add that they called me twice after moving to see that I had settled in ok, that is attention to detail.

The team at JS, in our case Chris and Darrell, handled a sensitive probate situation carefully and professionally from our first meetings. They were always engaged without being invasive. We secured a price within 2% or so of what we all concluded the true value to be. JS dealt with more tricky price discussions to a sensible compromise. Advice was available on anything at every point. Our solicitor described the team as very polite and proficient. A very well handled Sale.
