Jackson-Stops - Dorking

Jackson Stops were the selling agents of the property we purchased recently in Dorking. I can honestly say that without the efforts of Chris Fairclough and the Dorking office team, I doubt whether the purchase would ever have gone through. They were 'on the case' every step of the way and found a way round all the hiccups that cropped up. I have no plans to move again for a few years but if we ever sell, I'll be doing it through Jackson Stops!

The service we received from everyone at Jackson Stops in Dorking was excellent; from start to finish, and beyond. We began with an insightful and non pushy valuation with Darrell. Viewings were organised with organisation, coordination and cohesion amongst all the team members. Every time I called the office the person I needed to speak to often answered the phone - all offering patience and attention to detail. David worked on the bulk of our sale process and he was friendly, responsive and would go the extra mile whenever needed. He even picked up keys for our purchaser from me in Reigate (to save me a return journey to Dorking) and brought us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Thank you all for making the whole process as straight forward as it could have been!

J-S was selected because the firm has a very good market reputation but we had no previous contact with the Dorking branch. We chose very well - our experience can only be described as outstanding. Our home was always going to be challenge to sell because of location so this was not a simple case of advertise and it would fly off the books in a few days and the agent would quickly earn a fat commission for doing very little. The process had to be worked professionally and indeed it was. This was a superb J-S Dorking team effort but we would also single out Chris Fairclough who was exceptional as our principal point of contact. Never did we feel we were being treated as "just another client"; Chris at no time gave the impression that he was juggling lots of priorities and we were just one of those sales to spend a few minutes on from time to time before moving onto someone else. Jackson-Stops Dorking have been truly amazing at helping myself and my wife buy our forever home. Chris who we dealt with most went over and beyond a number of times to help things go as smoothly and as quickly as he could. When we completed and collected the keys all of the team greeted us in the shop and were very happy for us and even gave us a bottle to celebrate.

Jackson-Stops have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, from our initial meeting with Darryl through to completion accommodated by the whole team, With special thanks to Lucy who went over and above my expectations to get us over the line. Moving is exceptionally stressful for all, but I found the service and support we received from the Jackson-Stops Team was over and above what we expected. We moved house in December with the assistance of Jackson Stops, the Vendor's estate agents. The personal service was outstanding and they are by far the best estate agents I have worked with. From the first viewing to the offer process and further correspondance, David was professional and proactive, efficient and organised, and reliable and supportive. He kept us informed regularly and drove our sale through very quickly, working to our requested time frame.
