I cannot fault this company. We really only dealt with Chris but he was a consumate professional from start to finish, seemed to have endless patience and most importantly he kept me fuly updated in what turned out to be a complex sequence of events. We were buying through Jackson-Stops and not selling but I will go straight to them when it comes to selling my property. 100% recommend this estate agent.

A very friendly, efficient, down-to-earth service in all respects from marketing, viewings, feedback, administration and progress-chasing, with asking price achieved. First class communication at all times, and the checking & multiple re-checking of the chain after offer acceptance was exemplary. Hard to see how they could improve on their service.

J-S was selected because the firm has a very good market reputation but we had no previous contact with the Dorking branch. We chose very well - our experience can only be described as outstanding. Our home was always going to be challenge to sell because of location so this was not a simple case of advertise and it would fly off the books in a few days and the agent would quickly earn a fat commission for doing very little. The process had to be worked professionally and indeed it was. This was a superb J-S Dorking team effort but we would also single out Chris Fairclough who was exceptional as our principal point of contact. Never did we feel we were being treated as "just another client"; Chris at no time gave the impression that he was juggling lots of priorities and we were just one of those sales to spend a few minutes on from time to time before moving onto someone else. He was always proactive, immensely effective and very personable. An all round outstanding performance by him and the Dorking team.

Jackson-Stops Dorking have been truly amazing at helping myself and my wife buy our forever home. Chris who we dealt with most went over and beyond a number of times to help things go as smoothly and as quickly as he could. When we completed and collected the keys all of the team greeted us in the shop and were very happy for us and even gave us a bottle to celebrate.

We sold our house via the Dorking office and throughout the process dealt with the majority of the team - all of whom were delightful to deal with. Extra thanks must go to Chris, for playing a pivotal role during exchange and completion.
