J-S was selected because the firm has a very good market reputation but we had no previous contact with the Dorking branch. We chose very well - our experience can only be described as outstanding. Our home was always going to be challenge to sell because of location so this was not a simple case of advertise and it would fly off the books in a few days and the agent would quickly earn a fat commission for doing very little. The process had to be worked professionally and indeed it was. This was a superb J-S Dorking team effort but we would also single out Chris Fairclough who was exceptional as our principal point of contact.
