Wow I have no words. The service was above and beyond. Victoria ,when i met her at property she was so friendly and welcoming and i felt like i had known her which made the whole viewing so much comfortable and enjoyable. She engaged with us and laughed with us which was so nice and warm. Then there is Zara she answered all my queries with due dilligence and lot of knowledge about the process and the next steps.Zara has very good phone manners and she was just fantastic through out the whole process. Zara and victoria are the dream team and they made the process so easy and effortless which can be quite daunty when moving houses or seeking a house. Thank you Moss properties for excellent service and for having thoes two as your employees. They are an asset to your business. I would definately recommend to my friends and family. X
