We had an excellent experience with Katie Fairchild at Jackson Stops from viewings to offer to immediately following move in. Katie took the time to show us multiple properties available and was able to understand our needs and show us properties which might be suitable and met all of our must haves. Our needs were appropriately considered and we were not shown or suggested properties which did not meet our requirements, in contrast to other agencys. It felt like there was a genuine intention to match the right tenant to the right property. Katie was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive at all times. The referencing process was as smooth as can be reasonably expected and Katie was helpful when questions arose. The tenancy agreement was drawn up promptly and was appropriate for the property. The moving in process was easy and we were able to collect keys as soon as the office was open. Katie also checked in post moving in to ensure everything had gone well.
