My wife and I have had two properties for sale through Jones Robinson; and though the market has been a very challenging one, we have been thoroughly pleased with the help we have been given. The staff at Jones Robinson are all friendly, responsive, and efficient. Andrew, Mikyle and Toby have been the persons most directly concerned with our transactions, and they were all great. Andrew in particular was the principal contact person for us, and he was wonderful at giving us constant updates about the matters in hand. One of the properties we have decided in fact not to sell but to put back onto the rental market, and we are very confident that Jones Robinson will do a fine job of handling the management. Being very new to buying a house we struggled to get an estate agent in the area to help us look at what our real needs were for a future house. That was until we found the Jonas Robinson Estate Agent in Devizes. A chap called Toby spoke to me and my wife and showed us a property that he felt suited us. He was very correct and a s a result of his advice we bought the property. All the staff were always very helpful and allowed us to visit the empty property several times which helped us book in relevant people we needed to help fix up the place for us. It was in my eyes an outstanding service and I really cant thank Toby for introducing us to the house and Andrew who assist all the way through with communicating with the sellers and us. Absolutely fantastic team - Property Progression (Vanessa) were more than helpful to answer some tricky questions regarding my EU girlfriend moving in with me, and ensured all legal arranagement were taken care of. Property manager (Andy) was also incredibly welcoming, giving us some good tips on activities within the local area, showing us around the property to show us how the utilities function. Inventory of the property was very maticulous and hardly anything at all was missed. Can highly recommend moving with Jones Robinson :D
