We recently sold our house in Devizes and the service we received from Jones Robinson was of an extremely high standard. Joyce who visited to value the house made the process easy and gave a true evaluation and Chloe who produced the video and photos was excellent at her job. Which helped us get an extremely quick sale. We received an excellent service from this agent, although the whole sale process, even without lengthy chains, seemed to be incredibly slow. Conveyancing, devoid of any form of secure electronic document transmission seems to be stuck in the 19th century!

Professional and experienced estate agents. I recently bought a house and Jones Robinson acted for the seller. I had a number of unexpected issues during the conveyance and Andrew Francis was always helpful, practical and responsive. He also recommended some local trades people for various services we needed. Excellent !!! I’m very pleased with the service I’ve received from beginning to end of a very long drawn - out process . All the staff are professional , helpful , tenacious and organised and very good at keeping pressure on / liaising with the different parties in order to get a result. It has been very stressful but the staff have been supportive and kind when needed which is so appreciated - a huge thank you to them all especially Andrew who has worked so hard !
