This is the second time I’ve written this. The first version went into detail of our experience today, but Google managed to wipe it out, when I switched to Outlook and back to Chrome. I’m desperately short of time, so the new version will just be a summary. I’m writing it in Word and pasting it into Google, this time. Lesson learned. We’ve only had a probate valuation, so far, but branch manager Mikyle couldn’t possibly have done a better job. He spent a good hour with us, guiding us through an appraisal of the property from a buyer’s point of view, discussing with us how best to spend time and money improving it (and how not to), demonstrating how to arrive at a realistic valuation, then explaining how the property would be marketed. We’ve sold eleven properties in our time. This was by far the best experience we’ve had with an estate agent on first meeting. We’re super-impressed and have no hesitation in strongly recommending Jones Robinson in Devizes.
