I tried several agents in my search for a flat to rent in Derby. It was only when i arrived at Professional Properties that I found an agent I could trust to understand my requirements and match them well to available properties. I went from finding nothing appropriate after two weeks of searching to identifying five potential homes in just two days. Property summaries and photographs were accurate and recommendations from the agent matched well the criteria I'd given. Paperwork and handover were very smooth. When I identified a small plumbing issue after moving in, the response was fast and thorough. They've also asked my permission carefully before taking each step in the process. I have used the services of Professional properties and particularly Simon Joyce for almost 20 years. During which I have come to trust and rely on his expertise with regard to the local rental Market, and always run any prospective investment property by him before I proceed. Some other local letting agents I have tried over the years, often seem to over promise and under perform, with overly optimistic rental assessments to get your business. Shortly there after they to then call and pressure you to lower the advertised rent by large amount. By contrast Simon's assessments are spot on what can be achieved in an acceptable time frame and the tenants put forward have been more than satisfactory. Subsequently Professional Properties are always my first port of call when looking for new tenants and would not hesitate to recommend them
