I had the best experience possible. It was my and my wife first rent, since beginning they were very attentive and explain everything to us. We needed it a little fast and they could do everything exactly how we need. After we moved, we notice a problem in the toilet, and they send a plumber to fix everything to us as soon as possible. Definitely I recommend them.

Such a lovely company that made moving as stress-free as possible. They made sure that any old or damaged items were replaced and set up before moving in or on the day and even gave me a bottle of Prosecco and a card for moving in which just adds a lovely personal touch. I love that you have an online account with all your documents and can report any issues through that so you feel like you're in safe hands if anything does go wrong.
