Very helpfull staff and are friendly too. Good selection of properties.

Have been with PP for seven years now. In this time communication has been good and any problems, maintenance etc has always been dealt with efficiently. On occasion of things going a little awry there has been good, realistic advice and solutions provided. The experience has always been best when there has been a continuity of contact regards the property/letting, and I am very grateful to Chris A for his advice and work on my behalf. I think the new initiative to have a continuity of team contact will hopefully address any issues previously encountered regards change of staff and loss of 'where we are at' type of knowledge.
