Hi, It is a pleasure to have the opportunity to comment on the service we have had from Professional properties. Things have been rather mixed from our side but we have always worked with …
The Professional Properties team presents an efficient and effective communication with their clients. Their website is very useful when you become a client and receive your account.
My husband and I rented a beautiful flat in Derby. The process was easy and smooth, they agreed to let us see the property twice, as the first time we were unable to check a couple of things due to the previous tenant. The team was very professional, responsive, accommodating and nice. The cherry on top was the Prosecco and card the day that we moved and the phone call around a week later to check in with us and see if we had any issues. Strongly recommend them.
Been tenants for 2 years now and professional properties have been providing us with great service. Just last week our boiler has broken and Paul made sure that immediate action was taken. Thank you very much.
Popped in on the off chance and spoke to Simon Joyce . I explained to Simon what my needs were , he took time , patience and effort to impart his knowledge on to me . His professionalism and enthusiasm went beyond my expectations of most property agents . Thank you so much.
Had a great experience with the company; Laura in particular made me feel welcomed, and really helped me on my journey to find the perfect property.
As soon as my contract is up with my previous letting agent I will be coming over to this agent. All the staff are super professional definitely worth a visit as a landlord and a tenant looking for a more personal service.
Thought would take the opportunity to mention Steven Fletcher of Professional Properties in Derby. Have spoken to him many times over the last 5 years and have always found him to be friendly, professional and very helpful. When I have to call PP and Steven answers I know that my enquiry will be handled well.
I have had a very positive experience dealing with Professional Properties; efficient, patient, friendly and above all professional. Thank you to everyone in the office and in particular to William. I have no hesitation in recommending Professional Properties to friends, family and anyone else searching for a property.
They are quick in their process. Responsive. Super fast.
