I was really hesitant with dealing with an agency as I had heard mixed reviews but I couldn’t have been more wrong! The whole process was really smooth and I felt at ease with updates the whole way through. The contracts team were so helpful and responsive, Laura and Lucy worked really hard to make sure I got in before the deadline I had given. Couldn’t recommend more!!

I have two properties managed by Professional Properties, and I cannot praise them enough. Nothing is too much for them. They always make me feel like I'm their priority. They take care of everything they have to, and even some things they don't have to. I have complete trust in everything they do from finding good tenants to collecting the rent, keeping on top of the Gas/Electric certificates, inspections, maintenance and repairs. Everything. I have asked the team to start looking for a third property for me now, such is the confidence that they give me. I live in Mansfield, but will only buy in Derby as I would not wish to rent out a property that wasn't managed by Professional Properties. Thank you.
