Very friendly and professional. The agent that showed us round was friendly and knowledgeable and the agent that processed our offer was likewise and went out of his way, staying late (only a few minutes but it's the principle that counts) to tell us that our offer had been accepted.
I hired Cope & Co to sell my house and they did a job that I would describe as beyond excellent. Lucy & James were both fantastic to deal with after my previously bad experience with another company. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish including communication, pictures, listing advice and more I would thoroughly recommend anyone thinking of selling their house to get in touch with them.
