I’ve been a tenant in my property for 9 years now, and over that time I’ve always tried to deal with the smaller repairs myself wherever I could. This week, however, I had a few issues that were beyond what I was able to sort out, so I contacted the office for help. I have to say, I’ve been genuinely impressed by the response. Scott and his team at the office have been fantastic — helpful, friendly, efficient and, most importantly, they have listened and acted quickly. The communication throughout has been excellent, which makes such a difference when something needs attention. The contractors who have attended have also been brilliant. They have been professional, polite and respectful of my home, and it’s obvious that they take pride in the work they do. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been pleasant and helpful, and the whole process has been handled so smoothly. I’d also like to acknowledge the landlord. I’ve been living in the same property for 9 years under the same landlord, but during that time the property was managed by two different letting agents before being taken over by the current one. Unfortunately, my experiences with those previous agents were not particularly positive. Having experienced those changes while remaining in the same property and with the same landlord, I can genuinely appreciate the difference the current letting team has made. Since taking over, Scott and his team have provided a level of communication, responsiveness and professionalism that has been noticeably better. This week has really highlighted that difference. When you have a problem in your home, it’s reassuring to know that you can report it and trust that it will be dealt with properly and promptly. A sincere thank you to Scott, everyone in the office, the contractors and the landlord. After 9 years in the property, I’m very happy to say that I feel listened to, looked after and valued as a tenant. I would have no hesitation in recommending the current letting team.
