Hi Kat, thank you for your review. The move-out process cannot be rushed. Upon receipt of the notice we issue a document confirming the move-out process which is around 1 month in advance of you vacating, this provides all information required and the team are on hand to provide support where required. Equally, we are not able to 'move you along quickly' given that the notice is legally 1 month, if the notice is given by you then you are setting your own timelines of vacating the property. We are, however, happy to hear that you had a great rental experience with us.
