One staff in the office let me waited for long time because they have to keep calling and ignored the guest. Then she told me she closed the phone calling, and talked with me very rude and just told me she would email me and did not answer any questions I asked to her. Without any respect to their costumers!! What a bad service she gave to me! Bad attitude, slowly workings even though I paid for them.

Absolute disgrace! We phoned to view a house in Allestree that had been on Rightmove for just 12 minutes. We were assured we had first viewing this morning. We have both taken time off work and lost around £100 only for these shysters to cancel our appointment 15 MINUTES before time...as we were pulling up at the property. Apparently someone has done the paperwork without viewing! Luckily I meet a lot of people in my job so will be passing on my thoughts to all.
Do not use this company. I've amended this comment in reference to yours. Actually the lead tenant my ex partner left without notice - nothing to do with me as we had split up in Feb 2015 and I had vacated the property and provided evidence of this to yourselves. All payments were made in full to yourselves when I resided in that property were they not? My issue was that I think another deposit should have been taken from him and mine returned as you allowed him to sublet the property. I showed David evidence of text messages from my ex partner that he had someone else living there which was not part of the tenancy agreement. My deposit was taken for the lead tenants mistakes simply because you knew he wouldn't put another one down although David had a meeting with me and promised to get a deposit from him. The reason this review was giving in 2017 when our last dealing was in 2015 was because I was searching as estate agency in Derby. Saw yours come up and it offered me to write a review so I did!!!
left the property early, paid full re-letting fee even though it was only three months to the end of my contract. only to find out that they have listed the property in the market as available at the date that my actual tenancy runs out rather than "available Immediately", so that they can charge the landlord full re-letting fee in three months. I called them to see why they have done that and they changed the dates immediately to "available now" and outright denied such thing has happened.

Appalling customer service. You'll probably do better with any other agent in Derby. I was a tenant at one of their houses. From the very beginning, it's been an awful experience. It was a late start to the initial house visit because the agent didn't bring the right keys with him. He couldn't answer questions regarding the house nor the contract. When I went to their office to sign the contract, they weren't fully prepared with all the documents. There were also so many hidden expenses which was frustrating. Luckily, I had a fantastic landlord, whom I dealt with directly for the next few months. Finally, when it came to moving houses, it took Martin & Co nearly three months to get my deposit back to me! I had to keep calling them to remind them about it, as it didn't feel like it was a priority to them. A shocking experience! They came across as very lackadaisical and unprofessional. I have dealt with a number of agents in the past. Martin & Co were undoubtedly the worst in terms of customer service!
