As you are still residing in the property until next year we would not be able to return any deposit to you yet. I can assure you that no member of staff at Martin&Co would ever come to work hungover, and we pride ourselves in being experts of the local area. Two applications were taken on the same day, by different staff, for the property you were hoping to rent. Both applications were presented to the landlord, and unfortunately your application was not successful. You were emailed on the same day to advise you of this and your application fee was refunded straight away.
