Absolutely disgusting service! Very unprofessional and rude! Having to constantly pay their made up charges and they never reported the things that need repairing!! No contact from the landlord ever! I wouldn't ever recommend this company as they tried to con us out of the property after taking the deposit and tried letting another couple have it even those we was about to move in that day! The man who showed is around the property was hungover and smelt of alcohol and he didn't know anything about the area, council tax, rent, he knew nothing!! Absolutely unless!! They let themselves in to the property whenever they want without asking even though the contract says they should give 24 hours notice! Awful service!!!

Abysmal service, rude staff, dismissive and unhelpful. You could go into the office and wait ages for them to even acknowledge you. Deducted money from my deposit with FALSE CLAIMS. Left us tenants to clean the aftermath of a major flood on our own with no help from cleaners. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY WHATSOEVER. ABYSMAL AND RUDE, INCOMPETENT STAFF.

Very Unprofessional. We saw a flat and totally loved it! I called right away before we left the flat to let know that we are interested and want to make an application. They said they going to call me the same day. Nobody called. The next day my boyfriend called and paid the application fee. After three hours suddenly they called and said that somebody already took the flat. How possible? Very poor communication and we felt very disappointed as we thought that everything was going as we expected. Would not recommend this letting agency and definitely will not pay any attention to their lettings anymore.

DIscrimination. First thing they are going to tell you is that they are not accepting housing benefit. Why is that? what are they scared of? the money is paid by the council, so what right do they have to refuse HB. Useless. Not even worth of the 1 star.

One staff in the office let me waited for long time because they have to keep calling and ignored the guest. Then she told me she closed the phone calling, and talked with me very rude and just told me she would email me and did not answer any questions I asked to her. Without any respect to their costumers!! What a bad service she gave to me! Bad attitude, slowly workings even though I paid for them.

Absolute disgrace! We phoned to view a house in Allestree that had been on Rightmove for just 12 minutes. We were assured we had first viewing this morning. We have both taken time off work and lost around £100 only for these shysters to cancel our appointment 15 MINUTES before time...as we were pulling up at the property. Apparently someone has done the paperwork without viewing! Luckily I meet a lot of people in my job so will be passing on my thoughts to all.
