very poor service and high fees. A month after checking out and still not received deposit back.....UPDATE: we have now had notification that our deposit has been agreed by the agent after requesting shortly after we moved out on 6th February. After considering what happened we feel that this was a joint delay between Agent and Landlord so I have amended my review accordingly.

Hello Darren. Please accept my apologies for the delay you have experienced in claiming your deposit back. As I have explained today in my call Martin&Co does not manage this property and did not receive instruction from the landlord until 1st March. I appreciate your feedback today. Not a nice agency. when i was struggling to pay my rent from starting a new job after being in and out of temp work I was spoken to quite rudely and asked to pay more than i could afford. the lady said " i can't! I've never met anyone so irresponsible in all my life" i was very upset at the time and thats hardly the nicest thing to say. My current landlord is alot more understanding. Things were never fixed on time or fixed at all. There was a lot of issues in the house that were not dealt with. I found the receptionst to be blunt, rude and unfriendly. Will never use again. In response to your comment. I struggled to pay the rent once. That was not the main issue we had months of mould in the kitchen which was not fixed, it took months to be fixed and when it finally was all you did was paint it?! There was violence and bullying in the household.Your customer service skills are awful insulting a tenant when she is crying is disgusting behaviour. All the other times I paid my rent on time and paid months in advance upon moving in. It did not happen a number of times. They are liars. Do not trust.

Thank you for leaving a review. As a tenant you entered into an agreement to pay your rent regularly and on time. Unfortunately this did not happen on a number of occasions and as an agency we are obliged to contact tenants when in arrears.
