My experience was absolutely impressive.. Having searched for a house for over 6 wks, i dealt with a lot of agents and had a number of disappointments. I even cried at an agent office. But first contact with Martin & co. they reassured me i can get a place before my tenancy expired. And they delivered as promised. Excellent service, i was personally impressed with the useful information provided. How they take time to explain the contract jargons, provide you with hints to live well & maintain the property you have rented. I was a bit pushy becos i wanted to move ASAP but they managed to meet my tight timing without compromising quality service. It was easy discussing with the staff as they were always friendly and helpful. I love their approach and i will recommend Martin & Co anytime.Keep up the good work.

My overall experience with Martin & co was good when getting my tenancy. The communication was good from Libby Mellors especially because of my tight time frame. The process of picking up my keys to move in was made smooth by Rebekah Andrews. And overall the team tried their best to help me out and answer any questions I had. Science moving their response has been the same and they have been proactive with settling any issues I put on the tenancy page. Well done guys, really appreciate it.
