John Shepherd manage two of my flats. They are always helpful and efficient, alert me to any problems before they happen, and deal with them effectively, especially when I'm away.

Katie was the agent that helped me through the process of buying my new flat as a student moving to Nottingham. She was so sweet and cooperative , always responded to my emails and made the process so smooth for me !

Katie has been very helpful, professional and managed to go through many problems with me and my Co tenant, great service.

If I could rate 100 out 100 I would unfortunately I can only rate put of 5 stars, honestly it was the best experience being helped with such a patient, well spoken and very very helpful lady named Katie Walters, she honestly made my experience very calm and easy I really appreciate Katie Walters. Massive thanks to Katie for going above & beyond to assist and accommodate us! What could’ve been a stressful time finding a flat in Nottingham city centre, was actually much easier thanks to Katie & also Sophia for arranging the viewing at short notice! We’re now being looked after by Freya, our property manager, who I would also like to thank for her time & care!
