Me and my partner have just moved out of our flat rented by Ainsworth Lord Estates. We’ve had the most wonderful experience with them. From the moment we were shown around, to the very end where Verity helped us find somewhere new, even though she didn’t have to as we weren’t reusing this estate agents (only for the fact that we were moving into an area where they don’t rent out homes). Verity Holmes has gone absolutely above and beyond for us, we were meant to move out sooner but the house we were meant to move into fell through and Verity cancelled our notice period for us and allowed us back until we found somewhere new. Verity Holmes is extremely professional and helpful whenever. As it was our first time moving out as a young couple, we didn’t set up our electric properly and Verity guided us how to set it up and helped us get it back up and running, again she didn’t have to help us with this as it’s nothing to do with her, but she still helped us.
