This was not a straightforward transaction and firstly we must compliment Jenny on the management of prospective purchasers especially in the early stages. Once a genuine sale was identified, the process (often convoluted thanks mainly to what seemed unnecessary legal delays) was managed efficiently until eventual completion. Have not been in involved in any property sale for many years and it does seem that nowadays the process is unnecessarily complex however Jenny managed to keep on top of things throughout, applying appropriate levels of pressure where needed.
