The valuation met our expectations and the fees were competitive so we chose to use Robert Watts again (buying through them previously was also a good experience) Stephen dealt with our listing and Angela with the sale. They were both on hand whenever we needed them and in my opinion both gave very honest and professional advice to any questions that I asked. They chased up when required and were prompt with their responses. The rest of the staff were always on hand to assist if their colleagues assigned to our sale were not present. They all have a vast knowledge of the local area and I would recommend this agency to anybody thinking of buying or selling a property.
