We were very happy with the service we received from Robert Watts. We were kept informed at each stage of the selling process. We were given good advice during the initial valuation of our propety and the staff were friendly and efficient throughout.

Paul seems to be a fair and unfazed landlord however, I was disgusted to see that he totally supported the wedding shop that closed without notice, the tenant had fraudulently signed guarantor paperwork herself, claiming to be her friend to obtain the shop… so long as Paul still got his money he wouldn’t report her to the police. I am absolutely appalled by this as he himself, should be an upstanding citizen of the law. Clearly NOT, even when televised!! Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords, season 6, episode 6

There weren’t any major issues, however I did have to ask for updates and it was meant to be fast track but there complications with the onward train. I would definitely use them for selling or buying though as the issues I have mentioned are always happening in any sale.

Having recently sold one and rented a further 2 properties with Ainsworth Lord all within 3 months Deb's, Anthony & Verity have shown great customer focus and a wealth of local knowledge. The sale (full asking price) went through in 24 hours whilst the rentals were bang on the suggested figures and turned over within a month of refurb completion. Definitely a market savvy and customer centric team and, critically, well recommended to others.
