I used ALE when moving up to Blackburn last year and the relationship got over to an excellent start when they were the only company to take time to actually show you around the property properly. After that, combined with the quality of the property, convinced me that this was the right company for me to use. Over the next year I had an excellent experience with ALE, they have excellent opening times, allowing people who work until late to still phone and try and get an issue sorted, and every email I sent was responded to, usually with a small day or so delay, but I didn't once send an email that wasn't responded to. Every time I made a complaint, they did what they could to resolve the issue if possible and they were very flexible with regards to some of my more unusual requests. Also with about four months to go I was interested in moving to another property and they were very flexible with regards to my existing contract. Had I not moved away then I would have continued using ALE, and should I move back I will be using them again.

The team at Ainsworth Lord Estates have been great during my stay in one of their properties. I rented out the property at the start of November but at the start of January I was told my location for work was going to change which would mean that I had to re-locate as it would cost too much petrol and time to travel from Darwen each day. I approached the team with this and they put all the necessary arrangements in place so I could do this. Every member of staff at the office are always very polite and very approachable whenever there was a problem!! Absolutely loved my stay!! Thanks once again Paul and the team for all your support!!
