Ainsworth Lord Estates Darwen

A Very Efficient Professional Service

I purchased my home through Ainsworth Lord Estates and feel they provided a very efficient professional service. The staff were always very friendly and happy to assist with any queries. Even though the seller lived in Australia, I always received a speedy response to queries, thanks to Angela's assistance. They kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Ainsworth Lord Estates

Amazing Customer Service Skills

Had amazing assistance from Verity, she went out of her way to help me get the rental i wanted and contacted me back promptly to tell me what information was needed. Everything was arranged as quick as possible, looking forward to moving in. I would definitely recommend on using Ainsworth lord estate. Very friendly staff. A good indication of a company is how they handle problems and i had some issues getting all the information and Verity was great and helped me sorting everything i needed. Would highly recommend on dealing with this company. Ruth.

Needed a house to rentat very short notice - ALE sorted me out the same day. From my first encounter with them, i have been impressed with their professionalism and speed. I would have been able to move in 3 working days after my initial contact (although i chose to wait until the weekend instead). On my day of moving in, I noticed the boiler was faulty - the maintenance department answered immediately, and an engineer was arranged at no cost to myself. Absolutely faultless.

Fantastic estate agents, very professional service. Very helpful and polite staff with a good personality which is always nice to come across. They sold my house within 3 weeks of it being listed with them, excellent write up on the marketing side of things and superb photos which did the house proud. Thank you for your help. Highly recommended, the best one in Darwen!

Excellent service, I would recommend Debbie, and her staff to anyone in Darwen or the surrounding areas. I rent a property in the Darwen area, and am very happy with the service they provide, always happy to help with any problems. Over the Xmas period I had problems with heating and hot water. The team had this sorted within a few hours. I hope to buy in the next year, and I wouldn't hesitate using Debbie and the team. 5 🌟 keep up the good work.

Rented my first ever house of this company, they were really helpful. Me an my partner after twelve months decided to buy a new build, Ainsworth Lords where really helpful and they were really cooperative when my new build was delayed and i had to extend my contract by a month or so. Overall a great experience of renting for the first time.

We recently sold our property through Ainsworth Lord Estates & always had excellent service. All the staff have a professional manner and communication was great, from my initial enquiries through to the sale completing. I would highly recommend Ainsworth Lord Estates.
