Great outcome, tough job! I had a problem with a tenant I put into a house we own on Anyon St. in Darwen. The tenant was being awkward and wouldn't pay their rent, and wouldn't let me into the property to check if they were looking after it. I was somewhat reluctant at approaching an agent as I had found the tenant myself and used my own paperwork, but I contacted Ainsworth Lord Estates one of the agents in Darwen to see if they could help me. I spoke to Tanya who advised me what my options were. She was very helpful and reassured me that the problem could be turned round. To cut a long story short they evicted the tenant and helped me recover my arrears through the courts. The property will soon be ready to rent again, but this time I'll let them do it. I'd definitely recommend to other Landlords!

Would recommend to anybody. Not only were they very efficient in setting up house viewings for the ones i picked out myself, but they also kept a keen eye on the market and offered me houses i had missed myself that matched my specific needs. All the staff have been helpful throughout the process, especially Deborah and Lisa who were more than happy to help whether on the phone or face to face in the office.

I found out about ALE in the local paper and they did seem to know the area very well and also knew about my type of property and its value and so on. They were helpful and did all they could do to get it sold. ALE did arrange for quite a few people to come round to view my home which was because ALE knew people who were looking and obviously they knew about all the marketing and so on . ALE advised me honestly about the price we could expect so it did go on the market properly and so had a good chance to be sold - and it has been, which is excellent. I would recommend ALE as an estate agent because they obviously know the area and what needs to be done. They have the right approach. Moving is not easy and you need the right support and ALE certainly helped get things sorted out for me so I could make my move to my new home.
