Great outcome, tough job! I had a problem with a tenant I put into a house we own on Anyon St. in Darwen. The tenant was being awkward and wouldn't pay their rent, and wouldn't let me into the property to check if they were looking after it. I was somewhat reluctant at approaching an agent as I had found the tenant myself and used my own paperwork, but I contacted Ainsworth Lord Estates one of the agents in Darwen to see if they could help me. I spoke to Tanya who advised me what my options were. She was very helpful and reassured me that the problem could be turned round. To cut a long story short they evicted the tenant and helped me recover my arrears through the courts. The property will soon be ready to rent again, but this time I'll let them do it. I'd definitely recommend to other Landlords!

The best Estate Agents to work for by far. It is a fantastic place to work everybody is friendly, approachable and a very close knit team. Looked after extremely well and I find it very rewarding and satisfying within my role here as Sales Negotiator. We are offered training and I am currently studying towards becoming a member of the NAEA ( Property Governing Body ..National Association Of Estate Agents) . A very happy employee ( and tenant ) indeed.

Having read all previous negative reviews with regards to ALE personally I think maybe these people are more than likely to be victims of their own idiocy. I found my experience with the purchase of my second house to be a great one,staff were amazing with a great friendly telephone manner and its safe to say I actually enjoyed speaking to the ladies who work there. Louise was the little gem that looked after my purchase and was not only empathetic towards me with regards to my useless solicitors but also gave me reassurance and helped push the case forward. All emails or phone calls were returned in a timely fashion as promised. In all honesty I could not fault them well done and thanks again ladies !

Excellent service, I would recommend Debbie, and her staff to anyone in Darwen or the surrounding areas. I rent a property in the Darwen area, and am very happy with the service they provide, always happy to help with any problems. Over the Xmas period I had problems with heating and hot water. The team had this sorted within a few hours. I hope to buy in the next year, and I wouldn't hesitate using Debbie and the team. 5 🌟 keep up the good work.

My previous letting agents were apalling at managing the property Which I rented, They never dealt with any issues raised or problems with the house. Ainsworth were not only fantastic during the letting process But they are also great and very responsive When dealing with any issues (of which are few) with the property I rent now.
