I purchased my home through Ainsworth Lord Estates and feel they provided a very efficient professional service. The staff were always very friendly and happy to assist with any queries. Even though the seller lived in Australia, I always received a speedy response to queries, thanks to Angela's assistance. They kept me updated throughout the process. Amazing Customer Service Skills

Had amazing assistance from Verity, she went out of her way to help me get the rental i wanted and contacted me back promptly to tell me what information was needed. Everything was arranged as quick as possible, looking forward to moving in. I would definitely recommend on using Ainsworth lord estate. Very friendly staff. A good indication of a company is how they handle problems and i had some issues getting all the information and Verity was great and helped me sorting everything i needed. I Dealt with Anthony at Ainsworth-Lord Estates, what a nice guy, He came and valued my house and i decided to instruct him straight away really, very confident guy and wow so he should be sold my house in a week!!!! Nothing to much trouble met me after hours worked around me made everything so smooth. Wondering if this guy wants a sales job with me to be fair i thought he was that good. Needed a house to rentat very short notice - ALE sorted me out the same day. From my first encounter with them, i have been impressed with their professionalism and speed. I would have been able to move in 3 working days after my initial contact (although i chose to wait until the weekend instead). On my day of moving in, I noticed the boiler was faulty - the maintenance department answered immediately, and an engineer was arranged at no cost to myself. Absolutely faultless.

Fantastic estate agents, very professional service. Very helpful and polite staff with a good personality which is always nice to come across. They sold my house within 3 weeks of it being listed with them, excellent write up on the marketing side of things and superb photos which did the house proud. Thank you for your help. I can't praise Deborah and her team enough with what they have done for me over the past few years. I contacted Deborah in regard to renting my house within the month the photos had been taken and my house was on, then within 2 months I had 12 applicants and together the right applicant was found. I have successfully rented my house out for over 3 years without any issues and now it is on the market and I have my first viewing. I really can't praise the team enough xxx
