I didn't get to personally meet Ray Shukla as I was overseas during most of the letting arrangements....my wife did most of the work. However speaking to Ray on phone, it was obvious he is customer-centric and ready to provide answers always. He never appeared tired of constant calls and enquiries. Ray is a worthy employee.
