I can’t stop recommending this agency! We had a viewing in 22 Whites Close, Greenhithe, DA9 9JL, and although my partner and I were so late, Toby (our estate agent) waited for us for almost an hour and with smile on his face, showed us around the property. We have been looking for so long and we’ve met many unpleasant agents that don’t care about you as a buyer and just want to do a quick sale. However, Toby is the best! He gave us useful advices and was trying to find the middle ground so he can make both sides happy. It was pleasure having him around. If you go through this agency, make sure to request for Toby! If I could choose one agency moving forward as a buyer, it would be a Livermore! Very nice people that care about everyone!!! Thank you Toby for being so awesome ⭐️

Got very familiar with Livermores Dartford when trying to sell my flat due to the cladding crisis scuppering those plans! Rented through their letting agency instead whilst everything got sorted and then eventually sold through them when it was. Really good throughout, really appreciated their open and honest communication which you don't always see in an estate agency. Mainly dealt with Mark, big kudos to him.

Moving house is never easy but with Livermores the whole experience was made a lot better. The whole team are polite, professional and act as one. The manager Mark is especially worth a mention as he is very passionate about his job and goes the extra mile to sell your home. I would wholeheartedly recommend Livermores estate agents.
