I chose Livermores to sell my property because there were a lot of their boards around and I thought they had a good reputation. My initial experience was good, Mark did a good job and seemed to really understand my needs. From then on it went downhill. I did have a few problems in my chain which do happen but Livermores were unhelpful in resolving these even when I directly asked for help. Information about my chain was shared with someone unrelated to the chain on a couple of occasions even after I specifically asked for the information not to be passed on. Sales progression were rude and unprofessional , both over the phone and via email. They were the worse part of the process. I did write to raise my concerns part way through the process but my email was “missed” I also wrote after exchange to express my disappointment, they did reply to this email but it took a week and there was still no real apology, more just they were sorry I wouldn’t recommend them. Maybe I was really unlucky, I had hoped this was the case but even after receiving a very bland response to my complaint “issues will be looked into and feedback passed on” - I will conclude that as a business they really don’t care. Once they have found you a buyer and effectively got their fee, you’re on your own and you won’t get any of the customer service you experienced in the initial meeting.
