Ray Shukla is the best property manager! We started communicating over a year ago when i had a tenant who did not pay rent and the previous agent did nothing. He followed up and help advised with the handling of the agent/tenant. After the tenant was evicted, the nightmare did not end there. Ray helped me get the keys back from the agent who did not respond to my emails, organised to clear the mess in the property and now the property is finally let to a new tenant.
