It had a lot of interest, and we spoke with Ray and due to his nature and understanding, set us up to meet with the Landlord of the property within 24 hours, come 36 hours we had confirmation from Ray we were successful applicants, so for that, a massive thanks to Livermore’s but in particular, Ray.
