AVOID!!! Firstly they failed to turn up for 2 viewings in the week and left the sellers to show me around. Made an offer for a property which was accepted by the seller and we spoke a number of times directly. But these cowboy agents were trying to force me to use their in house services (solicitor/financial advisors) which I refused to do so as I had my own trusted people I always used. The agents (Ricky/Alex) ended up making excuses to decline my offer as they couldn't make the most commission possible. As a buyer - AVOID!!

I put in an offer On a 3 bedroom house and my offer was accepted but Balgores Dagenham (Agent name Ricky Archer) wanted me to use their own solicitors, because I refused to use their own solicitors and said I will use my own solicitors, they refused to sell me the house all because they wanted more commission. The owner of the house also agreed but cause they couldn’t make me use their own in house solicitors they refused. And then 2/3 days in a row they called me back again saying “Are you ready to use our solicitors and mortgage team” as soon as I said no I will use my own solicitors and broker they hanged up without saying anything. They are so unprofessional. I would 100% not recommend anyone to them.

I had a bad experience with Balgores I waited almost 4 months at the end I lost my sale. Due to very poor service from the after sale person. But one thing I must say that I have got all the help I can get from agent Femi he is brilliant at his job . Unfortunately for me he was sent home during the pandemic otherwise he would of sold the house. Good luck Femi and thanks for all hard work you done . Keep it up you are brilliant man.

Complaint Balgores - Dagenham Over booking on appointments. Very unhappy experience when viewing properties. Not able to offer any help when trying to book new houses appointment as they have selected clients already, this is NOT a fair way to operate specially for new customers. Properties that are not available should not be still advertised, your systems need to be updated ASAP. I will never ever use this branch or company again. Been disappointed by the Manager reponse there(RICKY). And EVEN the area Manager MATTHEW BUTLER who's main reponse was just 'NOTED' when he replied back to me. I AM SORRY BUT YOU NEED TO HEAR THIS. Action need to be taken and new methods of working and communication with customers. EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE TREATED THE SAME. I am a CHAIN free buyer with a small AIP in place and looking to buy in or around Dagenham area. I am extremely disappointed in my treatment and now know the team there are unable to help. I have been at appointments where 3/4 other people are waiting all with the same the appointment time (Crosby Road) I have NO faith even if I was to put an offer on a property as your CLIENTS are pre selected beforehand by yourselves. 'Yes he has Mortgage agreed with ourselves so don't waste your TIME' That's their reponse. I feel just so let down and DISAPPOINTED that I didn't get to veiw a property that my family really liked. If you want people to waste your time and money, go to these guys. Told us house was available, we had a mortgage in place only to be told two weeks later the house has been sold. Bunch of timewasters, trying to play off people.
