Complaint Balgores - Dagenham Over booking on appointments. Very unhappy experience when viewing properties. Not able to offer any help when trying to book new houses appointment as they have selected clients already, this is NOT a fair way to operate specially for new customers. Properties that are not available should not be still advertised, your systems need to be updated ASAP. I will never ever use this branch or company again. Been disappointed by the Manager reponse there(RICKY). And EVEN the area Manager MATTHEW BUTLER who's main reponse was just 'NOTED' when he replied back to me. I AM SORRY BUT YOU NEED TO HEAR THIS. Action need to be taken and new methods of working and communication with customers. EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE TREATED THE SAME. I am a CHAIN free buyer with a small AIP in place and looking to buy in or around Dagenham area. I am extremely disappointed in my treatment and now know the team there are unable to help. I have been at appointments where 3/4 other people are waiting all with the same the appointment time (Crosby Road) I have NO faith even if I was to put an offer on a property as your CLIENTS are pre selected beforehand by yourselves. 'Yes he has Mortgage agreed with ourselves so don't waste your TIME' That's their reponse. I feel just so let down and DISAPPOINTED that I didn't get to veiw a property that my family really liked.
