The worst people to buy from specially the manager is the worst agent I have come across. Very toxic and if you go to buy with them you will regret it. Please avoid in all cost and sellers please don't sell with them as they are liars

Absolutely unnecessary insisted on a reservation agreement. The sale fell through due to no fault of my own however, I only received a partial refund. Unfair and unnecessary

Hi Maria, Apologies that you feel this way. Our reservation agreements are to protect both buyers and sellers, most especially in this ever changing market. We recommended a reservation for your purchase given the fact it was a more familiar process to the vendor, as it adopts a similar committed sales process they use in Ireland (where our vendor is from). I must emphasise, it was not a stipulation and/or mandatory to an offer being accepted but merely a suggestion to help both parties avoid being gazumped and to equally ensure there was an extra level of commitment from both parties involved. The sale did indeed fall through at no fault of your own but equally not fault of the vendor. Since your review, I have chased up the cost you incurred for the reservation agreement and understand you have now been issued with a full refund? In not, please do not hesitate to get in contact with me and I will be sure to have this rectified immediately - I believe you still may have my personal contact details. Apologies if you were unable to see the benefits of the reservation agreement. Unprofessional customer service in the 3 years I rented a property from them. Nothing but issues and still having issues with them trying to get my full deposit back. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Worst estate agents, fake listings just to collect your data and then bother you with all properties they have. Avoid at any cost. Also keep pushing you to use their financial advisor to earn extra commission.

Second time writing a review for this agency. First time I was asked to take it down and promised that all my issues would be solved but I'm getting no where with them. Whoever read this review from Balgores, do not call me regarding this bad review because I will ignore you or put the phone down same way your rude and arrogant staff is doing with me. Avoid this agency if you can, I'm having such a hard time and stress with them, no support about issues in the property I'm living. Just been ignored and waiting for them to decide to send me a wanna be contractor to cause damages in the toilet, and now they don't even reply or call me back for this issue aswell. I just don't know what else to do, Ombudsman gave me tips to follow for a formal complaint but I have to approach all the same names that already contacted and was just a waste of time. If I could would give 0 star or less for this business.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR !!! I received a canvassing letter from Laurie Jillions who conducted a Land Registry search without my consent or notifying me of where my details was obtained. I find this very intrusive and aggressive. THIS IS AGAINST MY GDPR RIGHTS. I am happy to advertise my house online an not through a ripe off high street letting agent like your! Be warned!!!!!

Unprofessional and irresponsible property managers. Don’t care about tenants problems. The maintenance team don’t respond to any emails and calls. If you want to suffer the pain rent one of the property they manage. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
