My experience with this estate agent was disappointing. Throughout the tenancy process, it felt as though Nikola was primarily concerned with protecting the landlord's interests rather than acting fairly between both parties. Before moving in, we specifically requested that the property be professionally cleaned. However, when we received the keys, we found the house in an unacceptable condition, with dead flies, grease, dust, and mouse droppings present throughout the property. When we raised this issue with Nikola and asked about the professional cleaning, we were informed that the landlord had cleaned the property themselves instead. Rather than helping to resolve the situation, Nikola appeared unwilling to address our concerns and became quite negative in her responses. We were left feeling unsupported despite raising legitimate issues regarding the property's condition. Based on our experience, I would advise prospective tenants to exercise caution before renting the property on Stamford Road and to ensure that any promises regarding cleaning or property condition are confirmed and documented in writing before moving in

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Balgores Dagenham! Ive had no communication from Femi (branch manager) since a seller decided to pull out. I would have appreciated more clarity and some sort of communication. Ignoring my calls and messages for weeks! Very unprofessional!

Contacted the agent to book a viewing to buy a property, they took down all my details and asked evasive questions regarding my current situation including full address, what I’m I going to do with the property after I buy this one, will I rent or sell. I didn’t appreciate it especially after making a booking for a viewing they didn’t get back to me or confirm the booking. I then contacted them again the following week and they was dismissive on the phone stating the property I was interested in already has offers on it, I said have they been accepted or only offers, the lady on the phone said their offers most likely will be accepted, I asked if I could view it since it’s not been sold yet, she said they have my details on the system and will let me know and put the phone down. Poor service I would avoid. They also ask if you going to use their solicitors / broker and I said no, I noticed a shift in attitude and tone of voice when I said no, therefore I suspect they favor people who will use their other selling services as they make more money and commission. I would avoid.

I am very disappointed with what is happening. Before I moved in, the agent told me that the house would be professionally cleaned, but it was not done. I moved in on Sunday and the power was out. We only got power back on Monday. The whole house was dirty, including the kitchen, which doesn't work. I have been trying to contact someone at the agency, but no one wants to help me. So I do not recommend this agency to anyone. Their support is terrible and they have no emergency contact information. I have an 8-month-old baby and we are very disappointed with all of this because we don't know what to do and no one wants to help us with canceling the contract.

Enquired about a property in Varney Gardens and the sales agent was abrupt and rude requesting all my information to just say she has got no viewings which they could have stated from the start. Disgraceful information gathering techniques used by the company! Please delete all my sensitive information from your system, if my information has been sent to third parties, I will be contacting Information Commissioners Office in line with GDPR REGs.
