AVOID!!! Firstly they failed to turn up for 2 viewings in the week and left the sellers to show me around. Made an offer for a property which was accepted by the seller and we spoke a number of times directly. But these cowboy agents were trying to force me to use their in house services (solicitor/financial advisors) which I refused to do so as I had my own trusted people I always used. The agents (Ricky/Alex) ended up making excuses to decline my offer as they couldn't make the most commission possible. As a buyer - AVOID!!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
