Second time writing a review for this agency. First time I was asked to take it down and promised that all my issues would be solved but I'm getting no where with them. Whoever read this review from Balgores, do not call me regarding this bad review because I will ignore you or put the phone down same way your rude and arrogant staff is doing with me. Avoid this agency if you can, I'm having such a hard time and stress with them, no support about issues in the property I'm living. Just been ignored and waiting for them to decide to send me a wanna be contractor to cause damages in the toilet, and now they don't even reply or call me back for this issue aswell. I just don't know what else to do, Ombudsman gave me tips to follow for a formal complaint but I have to approach all the same names that already contacted and was just a waste of time.
