From our records, your sale completed within ten weeks, which is well within the national average, especially given that your property was part of a chain. Since July 27th when the memorandum of sale was issued, our team provided updates on your purchase every few working days, ensuring regular communication and support. Given this consistent engagement and the fact that we hadn’t heard any concerns from you upon the key handover, we’re genuinely surprised by your comments.
