HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!! So far cannot fault their customer service. Yesterday night enquired about a sale of a flat. Michael called first thing in the morning and arranged a viewing the same day in the afternoon. By the evening the Flat was ours. Martin & Co were not our agent but were in fact the agent for our buyers. We had some very frustrating delays at the top of the chain that were putting the chain at serious risk of collapse.
