Martin & Co were not our agent but were in fact the agent for our buyers. We had some very frustrating delays at the top of the chain that were putting the chain at serious risk of collapse. We took it upon ourselves to contact James at Martin & Co who was absolutely amazing at making contact with various parties in the chain from the bottom to the top and thanks to his diligence and perseverance we feel strongly that he helped our situation and pleased to say that our chain completed successfully in March 2021. We would not hesitate to recommend James at Martin & Co for anyone wishing to sell their property.
