James and his team at Martin & Co Crystal Palace recently helped us sell two properties within six months - both rather challenging transactions, for various reasons, but Martin & Co's advice, support , reassurance and communication was excellent throughout. With the first property (a 2-bed house) we actually put it on the market with both a much bigger local agency AND Martin & Co, and were impressed to get more than double the number of viewings with M&Co (and far superior photography) compared to the other agency. Lovely, super professional estate agents. As a renter in a managed flat I really feel like they are there to look after me. I've honestly never experienced that with anyone else! They also had some great properties in their portfolio at a reasonable price. Could not recommend more highly.
