They have rented us property in croydon without a washing machine and its over 20 days i have been calling and emailing them even escalated to the senoir members of the Croydon central branch but no one bothered to call or write back to us to update that if they are doing anything at all, feels like dealing with dead people. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely terrible. Firstly when calling up to enquire about a lettings property the person I spoke to didn't know the specifications of a HMO, I would suggest giving some training in this area. …
