Just exchanged on our sale through Streets Ahead and couldn’t be happier with the service received. After viewings upon viewings and approaching countless agencies I came across streets ahead their Alexandra! She has been prompt, competent and faultless throughout the process of my move. I only had to let it be known I was interested in a property and she completely went out of her way to make it happen without pressuring me. If i did not know better I would have thought I was her only client ( I know better) she was always available and emails felt like a chat! Beyond impressed with this agency.

I can openly say this is the best letting service I have ever experienced, and I say this after dozens of failed call backs, brusque receptions and poor organisation from others we've experienced. Alexandra from the Addiscombe office treated us like family from the beginning, attentively finding out our exact requirements and setting up viewing schedules based on needs. As well as taking on our preferences, she also gave strong recommendations for properties we'd previously discounted, and would send through bespoke daily updates of properties she knew would be suitable. Through this, we figured out what we actually wanted which was very different to what we had been looking for. After making an offer Alex kept us informed and would check in regularly, meaning we felt relaxed throughout despite the obvious pressure. I have just moved into a lovely flat and was helped throughout by George and Emma. I first spoke with George; I was able ask him anything regarding the property, the process and worries I had and he would answer with the most pleasant manner. With George you feel that he is there to help you, not a sales man! that was really nice. Emma was equally friendly and responded to my emails very quickly. There was a hiccup with the papers but she rectified this promptly. Both are very professional and you feel you can speak to "real" people! Overall a very nice experience, thank you
