I'd just like to take a moment to praise your Sales progression team - Clare up until the point she happily went on holiday was very helpful in dealing with the vagaries of the chain and conflicting interests - kept me informed and up to date on everything happening. I also want to make a special mention of Saphire - she really went over and above for us to get this completed. She has had to be unbelievably tenacious and energetic with a large slice of relentless pursuit thrown in to push everyone to the exchange. I went into Streets Ahead, and asked for a rental properties. Billie showed me and my husband a few properties. My husband has been looking earlier with different estate agents and no luck. One of the houses she showed us we liked, and we sign up the same day, and now one week later we are moving in, all due to Billie. If it were possible to give 10 stars I would. The lettings advisor I dealt with primarily, Billie, was on the ball and made me feel like I was a priority. She ensured I was kept up to date with all the properties that came available that were in my price range and gave me a full overview of the ones I expressed interest in. She was professional, helpful and attentive throughout the whole process, I could not fault her determiner in the slightest. After filling out the online form for a number of estate agents in the Croydon area, Jenny from Streets Ahead was one of the only agents to call me to discuss my needs. I always received daily updates of properties coming on the market and if I was interested in an early viewing. The service from Jenny was always the best. I think the other estate agents can learn alot from Jenny's customer service skills. Jenny has been very helpful and I would definitely recommend Streets Ahead to anyone.

Excellent buying service. They found me a nice house that matched my requirements quickly. They were also helpful arranging access for my surveyors and inspectors to ensure the house was in good order. I especially liked the text reminders with full addresses sent to me before viewings. They are are a nice friendly team. Saphire King-Harris was superb at liasing with the owner, tenant and myself to ensure that the correct paperwork and evidence was prepared and set up so that I could take over the tenancy safely. She liased with the solicitors as well to push things along. She was on the phone daily with me and understood due to my busy job that I could not always answer the phone but ensured that I could always speak to her when I called her. She is a great asset to Streets Ahead and deserve a special reward from them. If she is on your side she will do everything possible to make sure the sale legally completes quickly.

Streets Ahead Addiscombe provided a completely seemless selling process. The efficiency from valuation to exchange was superb. I must however mention Saphire King-Harris. She has been a rock through the process and went above and beyond in chasing up the chain and finding out what was happening when the estate agents I was buying off as they were extremely poor and non-communicative. Saphire stepped into their role unduly to progress the whole sale across the complete chain. Thank you Saphire for your constant contact and handling of the situation and most of all my nerves an stress levels. You're extremely professional progressor and friendly in an apprehensive time.
